Electronic Tablet Counter with Gross check Weighing and Inspection System
An advanced check-weighing system integrated with the DMC series tablet counters for detection and rejection of broken tablets. Compact and extremely accurate, tare and gross weights of each container are measured before and after filling by means of technologically advanced load cells with an accuracy of 50mg. This allows online rejection of invalid containers when the filled weight exceeds preset allowable weight range. The Tare/Gross weighing stations with servo controlled bottle transfer system can be offered with the DMC120, 60S and 60T tablet counter models.

Vision Inspection Tablet Counter
Vision Inspection Tablet Counter Machine can check on every single piece of product subjected to 100-percent vision inspection with single tablet reject prior to filling. With hybrid technology that combines the functions of tablet counting machine and vision inspection system, Vision Inspection Tablet Counter realizes the vision for a better, more ideal counter through ultra-high resolution cameras, tilted revolving disc tablet feeding with servo driven rejecter gate. The Vision Inspection Tablet Counter is capable of processing high-speed product inspection data through twin feeding channels. Vibratory feeders are replaced by a tilted revolving disc that guides the products to a circumferential edge and directly to the vision counting zone. Fast acting reject gate enables single tablet reject instead of removing the entire container from the conveyor.

DMC300 Electronic Tablet Counter
Fully automatic tablet/capsule counting and filling machine. Tablets/capsules loaded from the hopper are aligned on a continuously vibrating 3 step trays and fed to the infrared electronic counting sensors. The machine fills the bottle with 100% accuracy. There are 6 independently working filling heads that fill the bottles that are fed by timing screws to achieve 300 bottles per minute. There are also 6 sets of vibrator trays with which the speed is individually adjustable to set for optimum feeding condition. Double rotating tablet shutter design ensures counting accuracy and fastest container handling. All this at the speed of 300 bottles per minute with a footprint of less than 4 square meters (w/o conveyor) makes this machine extremely space efficient.
