PrimeMove Belt Conveyor

PrimeMove Column Dumper
Reliable material handling is a critical part of your overall process. When it comes to dumping product in tight spaces, Column Dumpers (CCD) are custom-made to meet your demanding production requirements. The CCD series is available in dumping heights up to 104" (2640 mm) . Optional, custom chutes are available to prevent product spillage. Custom heights available upon request. PrimeMove Column Dumper
- Electrically or hydraulically driven.
- Handles 400 lb. (185 kg) and 600 lb. (275 kg) capacity kitchen carts and can be custom designed for a wide variety of lifting/dumping applications such as special-design carts and barrels.

Giraffe Vertical Screw Conveyor
Vertical Feed Screw Conveyors (CVSC) are designed especially for ground materials transport in applications where floor space is limited. They are available in two basic styles: direct feed or hopper feed. A fully integrated hopper feed unit with horizontal screw feeds the vertical auger unit. Our direct feed model is designed for feeding directly from a grinder. A variety of discharge heights are available to custom fit your application. Both models are built for easy, thorough washdown and inspection. The hinged vertical chambers of both models can be easily opened for complete washdown and inspection. The horizontal chamber on the hopper feed model is also fully accessible for thorough washdown sanitation.

Screw Loaders (CSL) are ideal for storing and transferring products from dumpers, mixers, conveyors and other sources. The heavy-duty inclined screw loader utilizes a feedscrew that discharges directly onto various ancillary systems.

PrimeMove Air Pump
Ideal for whole muscle meat and poultry applications, soups and chilies, processed foods, pet foods, whole berries, vegetables, pie fillings, wine mash, cheese curds and sauces, the Air Pump (CAP) can handle your food pumping applications without bruising or shearing. Available in various pump sizes, Air Pump can pump compressible solids up to 6" (152 mm) in diameter while preserving product integrity and increasing process yield. Perhaps you are introducing a pump into your process for the first time and have concerns about damage to product. Or maybe you are already experiencing an unacceptable amount of pump damage. In either case, the gentle flow, non-damaging Air Pump may fit your needs.
