Ice cream is a sweetened frozen food typically eaten as a snack or dessert. It may be made from dairy milk or cream and is flavoured with a sweetener, either sugar or an alternative, and a spice, such as cocoa or vanilla, or with fruit such as strawberries or peaches. CF Continuous Freezer
The horizontal freezing barrel ensures an easy extraction of the beater while the rear barrel flange can be quickly dismantled thus facilitating inspection and maintenence operations. A front digital ammeter controls compressor start/stop according to ice cream consistency inside the barrel so as to prevent product freeze-up. CF continuous freezers have a sturdy stainless steel construction and are built in strict compliance with sanitary and safety standards in force in Europe. Highly performing and easy to operate they can produce any kind of ice cream with an overrun of 30 to 120% and are suitable to be connected to automatic filling / extruding units and to C.I.P. plant for automatic cleaning.

IF 100 Feeding Machine
IF 100 Ingredient feeder is designed for controlled injection of a wide range of particulate ingredients into a continuous flow of ice cream. Nuts, nougat, chocolate, pieces of candied or fresh fruit and flakes can be added at preset volume and gently mixed with ice cream. IF feeder is normally employed in line with continuous freezer and filling machine in order to produce enriched ice cream filled in cups, cones, bulk etc.
IF 100 Feeding Machine
- The IF is designed to reduce maintenance and enhance cleanability. This includes all stainless steel construction, free draining surfaces and accessible wash down areas.
- Fruit feeder IF 100 consists of three main units each separately driven, the hopper with dosing screw and an agitator, the feed pump and in-line mixer. Each one of the motors is independently drived by motorvariator and the speed is adjustable at a wide range.
- The machine is prepared to be connected to C.I.P. washing system.
PO 300 / 600 Enrobing Machine
The machine is used for coating of ice cream and confectionery products with various icings (cocoa, yogurt, white fat etc.) The machine is capable of making full, partial or bottom coating. Upon customer’s request, the additional SK equipment can be attached to the enrobing machine that provides for additional topping of the enrobed products with coconut, ground nuts etc.

CHT 300 / 600 Cooling Tunnel
The CHT cooling tunnels are produced in two basic modifications CHT 300 and CHT 600 with different belt width. The cooling tunnels are supplied with cooling units of different capacities dependent upon the actual refrigerating output and the length of the tunnel. These cooling units may be located in the midsection of the tunnel , on its outside or even outside the building – as per customer’s requirements. The coolant used is environment-friendly liquid.
CHT 300 / 600 Cooling Tunnel
- Cooling tunnels are manufactured in various lengths depending upon the kind of the cooled product and the space accessible for the installation.
- The machine is standardly equipped with the PVC conveyer belt in two widths: 300 and 600 mm. However, a belt of any size may be supplied in accordance with the customers’ demands.
- The outer casing and insulation provides maximum efficiency of the CH cooling tunnels as well as minimum energetic requirements.
- The equipment utilizes modern technical elements, has automatic tightening and alignment of the belt, refrigerating compressor and cooling unit. Everything is build in a single compact form including the control panel.

Multilane Wrapping Machine for Ice Cream
Multi-lane wrapping systems are mainly used for wrapping ice cream, but can be also used for chocolate and confectionery products. Advantage of multi-lane wrappers is gentle handling of product and high operational speeds. Recommended for capacities higher than 16.000 – 20.000 pcs/hour.

Horizontal Automatic Packaging Machine
Horizontal Automatic Packaging Machine reduces labor costs while maintaining high productivity output on long and continuous operation. The most notable feature of this packaging machine is its regimented processing of products. Its inline feeder offers high flexibility to the packaging line. Multiple belt conveyor system with automatic control of the speed of each belt enhances the capacity and efficiency. The speed of inline feeder is synchronized to the flow wrapper by the vacuum belt driven by the servo motor.
