PrimeGrind 400 Frozen Meat Grinder
The PrimeGrind® 400 series grinder (CPG400) is a great choice for processing a wide variety of frozen materials. It can be equipped with a single or double plate/knife set in addition to the pre-cutter plate. A robust, stainless steel feedscrew is driven by a backpressure absorbing main bearing. The main bearing greatly extends the useful life of the more costly transmission by buffering and equalizing backpressure loads. A unique separation design between feedscrew and drive prevents lubrication contamination of the product. The stainless steel hopper, throat and barrel all come with a fine, sanitary finish to ensure thorough sanitation.

- Heavy-duty transmission is driven by your choice of a 125 hp (90 kW) or 150 hp (110 kW) motor.
- 400 mm (16") MultiCut plates may be used in single or double configuration: Precutter, cut knife, primary holeplate, cut knife, finish holeplate.

PrimeGrind 117 Grinder
The PrimeGrind™ 117 grinder (CPG117) is a great choice for processing fresh materials. It can grind up to 36,000 pounds (16,330 kg) per hour depending on the application. The CPG117 offers a multitude of ergonomic and sanitation design features, with safety and operator convenience in mind.

PrimeMove Belt Conveyor

PrimeMove Column Dumper
Reliable material handling is a critical part of your overall process. When it comes to dumping product in tight spaces, Column Dumpers (CCD) are custom-made to meet your demanding production requirements. The CCD series is available in dumping heights up to 104" (2640 mm) . Optional, custom chutes are available to prevent product spillage. Custom heights available upon request. PrimeMove Column Dumper
- Electrically or hydraulically driven.
- Handles 400 lb. (185 kg) and 600 lb. (275 kg) capacity kitchen carts and can be custom designed for a wide variety of lifting/dumping applications such as special-design carts and barrels.

Giraffe Vertical Screw Conveyor
Vertical Feed Screw Conveyors (CVSC) are designed especially for ground materials transport in applications where floor space is limited. They are available in two basic styles: direct feed or hopper feed. A fully integrated hopper feed unit with horizontal screw feeds the vertical auger unit. Our direct feed model is designed for feeding directly from a grinder. A variety of discharge heights are available to custom fit your application. Both models are built for easy, thorough washdown and inspection. The hinged vertical chambers of both models can be easily opened for complete washdown and inspection. The horizontal chamber on the hopper feed model is also fully accessible for thorough washdown sanitation.
