UA200 Bottle Unscrambler and Air Cleaner
Bottles supplied to bulk hopper are fed to the cleaning station through bottle escalator and turn table. By means of hook and bumper, bottles are inverted, securely gripped by side belt conveyor while they are cleaned twice by filtered & ionized air and vacuum suction and discharged in an upright position on the conveyor. Turn table is fully adjustable. Change parts are not required for different size bottles. Pharmaceutical grade filter generates the purest air for cleaning. Fallen containers and upside down containers are rejected for continuous line operation.

UAN120 Bottle Unscrambler and Air Cleaner
Designed to arrange random containers in an upright position on an outfeed conveyor and clean by ionized air with vacuum cleaning system. Containers loaded in bulk hopper are supplied to the sorter via an elevator. Containers are aligned around the sorter outer disc and exit horizontally onto a linear conveyor. While a conveyor transfers the containers to the aligning unit, containers are inverted and cleaned by 6 individual ionized air with vacuum. And they are turned into an upright position for discharge. Fully adjustable mechanism to handle a wide range of containers. 6 individual nozzles dive inside the containers with air blowing and vacuum suction.

Bottle Air Cleaner
Index conveyor grips 6 bottles at a time and turns them upside down onto the cleaning station. The inverted bottles are then individually cleaned by a set of servo driven ionizing nozzles that dive inside the bottles. Bottle opening is sealed by the nozzle guide to prevent dust & particles from escaping. It performs ionized air blowing and vacuum suction under sealed condition, then discharges the containers on the conveyor.
