Containers loaded in bulk hopper are supplied to the sorter via an elevator. Containers are aligned around the sorter outer disc and exit horizontally onto a linear conveyor. While a conveyor transfers the containers to the aligning unit, containers are inverted and cleaned by 6 individual ionized air with vacuum. And they are turned into an upright position for discharge. Fully adjustable mechanism to handle a wide range of containers. 6 individual nozzles dive inside the containers with air blowing and vacuum suction.
