Tablet Press Equipment

Also known as Tablet Compression, this step involves the compression of granules into a flat or convex, round, oblong, or unique shaped, scored or unscored tablets; engraved with an identifying symbol and/ or code number using tablet press.

265 Series Tablet Press

The 265 Series single-sided high-speed tablet presses can finish the tablet press process in one turret rotation, including filling, dosing, prepressing, pressing and ejecting. These tablet presses feature a modular design. The frame structure of main machine is comprised of a base plate, left and right frames and an upper plate. All cam tracks are attached at the base. Upper cam track, upper pre-compression roller and upper main-press roller are attached to the supporting block. The stable three-column structure is engineered with strong bending and torsion resistance in order to meet the tough loading requirements when these machines operates at a high speeds.

370 Series Tablet Press

The 370 Series single-sided high-speed tablet presses can finish the tablet press process in one turret rotation, including filling, dosing, prepressing, pressing and ejecting. These tablet presses feature a modular design. The frame structure of main machine is comprised of a base plate, left and right frames and an upper plate. All cam tracks are attached at the base. Upper cam track, upper pre-compression roller and upper main-press roller are attached to the supporting block. 370 Series Tablet Press

  • Hydraulic support system is replaced by mechanical support system to help single rotary tablet press to avoid oil leakage.
  • This single rotary tablet press is equipped with double impellers type force feeder and the speed of feeder impeller is controlled by PLC. This improves the fluidity and uniformity of materials.
  • Our single rotary tablet press adopts double lubrication system. Different parts are equipped with different lubrication systems. This decreases contamination and makes the equipment easy to maintain.
  • Main pressure is 100 kN and pre-pressure is 16 kN, so automatic high-speed rotary tablet press is suitable for pressing the material which is hard to press and the irregular tablet with big size. Because of the large main-press roller, product quality can be ensured with long shaping time.
  • We have sold 360 GZP/ZPT-265 series tablet presses and 606 GZP/ZPT-370 series tablet presses by 31st December, 2015. We have extensive production experiences and mature technology so our machine can operate stably.

720 Series Tablet Press

720 Series are automatic single-sided high-speed tablet presses featuring three rollers, as well as three compression stations consisting of the same structure and diameter. This multifunctional tablet press has an exchangeable turret and is capable of producing single- and double-layer tablets. The 720 Series single-sided tablet presses are know for their modular structure design and fully meeting GMP requirements. Major components of this machine including a track-, a main-press roller, a pre-compression roller, a feeder and a dosing device which are easy to dismantle, clean and maintain.

1060 Series Tablet Press

1060 Series high-speed double-sided tablet presses can complete the pressing process twice in one turret rotation, including filling, dosing, prepressing, pressing and ejecting. These tablet presses are ideal for the mass production of tablets. This double-sided tablet press adopts modular structure design. Major components of this machine including track, main-press roller, pre-compression roller, feeder and dosing device are easy to dismantle, clean and maintain. GZPT tablet press fully meets GMP requirements and is capable of producing double-layer and two-tone tablets, as well as round, irregular, engraved and annular tablets.

1060 Series Tablet Press

Rotary Tablet Deduster

Rotary Tablet Deduster is a vibration rotary type tablet deduster commonly used in all pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and other similar industries. The deduster is made of 304 mirror polished stainless steel construction with acrylic housing. The base height is adjustable to meet any size of rotary tablet presses. It meets the cGMP standards and applicable for various tablets. All contact parts can be quickly dismantled and cleaned thoroughly.

Continous Tablet Deduster

Continous Tablet Deduster deduster is an automatic high speed tablet sifter, which can be attached to any type of rotary tablet press. Its function is to separate surplus powder absorbed on surface of tablets by the air vacuum suction, which accumulated during the pressing process. It also polishes the tablet edge by screen sifting and rotating.
