370 Series Tablet Press

The 370 Series single-sided high-speed tablet presses can finish the tablet press process in one turret rotation, including filling, dosing, prepressing, pressing and ejecting. These tablet presses feature a modular design. The frame structure of main machine is comprised of a base plate, left and right frames and an upper plate. All cam tracks are attached at the base. Upper cam track, upper pre-compression roller and upper main-press roller are attached to the supporting block. The stable three-column structure is engineered with strong bending and torsion resistance in order to meet the tough loading requirements when these machines operates at a high speeds.

Features

  • Hydraulic support system is replaced by mechanical support system to help single rotary tablet press to avoid oil leakage.
  • This single rotary tablet press is equipped with double impellers type force feeder and the speed of feeder impeller is controlled by PLC. This improves the fluidity and uniformity of materials.
  • Our single rotary tablet press adopts double lubrication system. Different parts are equipped with different lubrication systems. This decreases contamination and makes the equipment easy to maintain.
  • Main pressure is 100 kN and pre-pressure is 16 kN, so automatic high-speed rotary tablet press is suitable for pressing the material which is hard to press and the irregular tablet with big size. Because of the large main-press roller, product quality can be ensured with long shaping time.
  • We have sold 360 GZP/ZPT-265 series tablet presses and 606 GZP/ZPT-370 series tablet presses by 31st December, 2015. We have extensive production experiences and mature technology so our machine can operate stably.
