Pizza Dough Presser
In this process, the proofed dough is flattened gently and smoothly in two steps. The diameter and thickness of the pizza base, with or without a thicker rim, are all parameters that can be adjusted so that the final product has the desired shape and looks like an artisanal product. Final Proofer Multi Deck
Multi-Deck Proofer is a single or multi-level final proofer compartment that offers flexibility in proofing time and capacity without increasing the floor space. The proofer is provided with climate control and insulated housing. The system can be equipped with belts, canvas or chains to transport the product carriers. The product carriers are loaded and unloaded by means of a lift at the correct level of the Multi-Deck Proofer. Several products with different proofing times can be placed in the proofer at the same time for optimal flexibility in production.

Final Proofer Multi Step
Baking forms, baking trays and peelboards (for loose bread) can all be processed with the Multi-Step Proofer. Different types of baking forms can be used, as long as they are the same size. The trays or baking forms are imported into the proofer by means of a step chain and they do not make contact with each other. When a row is complete, it is lifted by an L-shaped support base. This process is repeated until the first dough has reached the top level. The baking forms are then moved to the lower part of the proofer. There they are moved stepwise downwards, after which they leave the system again. A construction in line or in U-shape can be selected. The final proofer compartment is completely enclosed in an insulated housing and is equipped with climate control.

Final Proofer Multi Block
The final proofer compartment consists of modular blocks. Are products produced with a different final proofing on the line? The Multi-Block system can provide the flexibility required. The products can be taken out of the final proofer compartment after the first section, or after each subsequent section. This makes it easy to maintain the correct final-proofing time for each of the products.
